We have modified our business hours and service practices in accordance with the CDC to ensure that you will receive safe and effective physical therapy at this time. All equipment and treatment spaces are cleaned thoroughly between clients and additional disinfection is done at the end of the day. We ask that you wash your hands when you arrive for your appointment. There are three restrooms located on this floor for your convenience. Please wear a mask for the safety of your provider and for the protection of other clients.
Once you have completed your in-person evaluation, you and your provider may decide to do telehealth synchronous video conferencing for some or all of your follow up visits. This will be based on several factors that you will discuss with your provider. Telehealth appointments are not appropriate for all clients, but when appropriate clients find them to be an easy and effective way of progressing their physical therapy program.
Telehealth has been a wonderful addition to this physical therapy practice. Clients enjoy its’ ease of use and convenience.
If you develop a cough, fever, sore throat, or any other sign of illness, please reschedule your appointment. You will have the option of rescheduling to a telehealth visit or postponing your appointment until you are well. All late cancellation charges are being waived at this time to help clients make the best decisions about their health.
